“Brewing” Romulan ale for our Star Trek party tomorrow.

Jeff digs it, but thinks it could be sweeter. I like that it’s not super-sweet, so it seems less like a mixed drink and more like Space Beer. But maybe if should be served with an orange slice.

I’m pretty proud of it, and also awkwardly tipsy for 4 pm on a Tuesday.

If superhero movies actually looked like this, I’d go to a lot more of them!

You’ll be so productive with this chair that you’ll make Lead-Back Manager in no time!

Just saw The Manxman with at the Castro. One of Hitchcock’s last silents, one that he himself didn’t remember very fondly. The female lead is great, and there’s some classic Hitchcock humor and tension, and some lovely cinematography…but the middle is kind of tedious. There’s a reason this isn’t one people watch all the time, but I really enjoyed it.
